Every last vote makes a difference so I'd really appreciate it if you could take the time to cast yours. You may submit two different CLAMP icons, provided they both feature at least three consecutive words from the following lyrics: ( the lyrics ) The order counts for the first three words, but afterwards you can take a bit more liberty with the lyrics. It is not necessary to maintain punctuation or letter casing and you may substitue alternate characters for words where appropriate (e.g. and with &). You are not allowed to incorporate any external text into your icon, though you may use tinytext/brushes provided they're purely decorative and not legiable. Try to keep the required text as readable as possible and remember to check your spelling/wording before submitting as it's easy to make an error. Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura has dressed up as many different animals (among other things) and Suki from Suki Dakara Suki seems to have a knack for it as well. Plus lots of other characters' clothings could easily pass for princes/princesses, flowers, witches, angels/demons, etc. if you use your imagination since CLAMP has some very interesting costume designs; there are even a couple official dress-up manga artworks out there so be sure to browse through this post and be creative. Remember, you are also welcome to use graphic manipulation to make your own costumes.

June - September Submitter & Voter of the Month [28 Oct 2009|01:33pm] clamp_icontest [wildmusings] Wow, four months worth of winners in one post... how lazy busy have I been? But at long last the moment you have all been waiting for has finally arrived and it's time to announce the winners of June, July, August and September's Submitter and Voter of the Month contest! For those who are curious how this works, I've modernized since the last time and now have two textfiles, everytime you submit or vote I add your username to the respective one. At the end of the month I open up each file using a generator program I downloaded and it randomly selects a name from the list. All it takes is one entry to win, though the more you participate the better your odds are overall. Now without further ado *drumroll please* the winners are... ( lj cut for suspense ) Congratulations to all of you and thanks to everyone that participated these past four months, it's hard to believe this contest has already been running a year which means it's time for new banner templates XD So remember to participate this month as you could be the next winner!
